Applications Services

The Applications Services staff is responsible for the implementation, support, maintenance and enhancements of district-developed computer applications.  These include student information systems (Infinite Campus), financial and HR/Payroll applications (Oracle), maintenance management systems (Maximo), and IEP tracking and reporting application (Clarity), a transportation routing application (VersaTrans), e-mail system (Outlook) and other student-related applications.

The department is also responsible for problem isolation and resolution of these system problems, as well as coordinating enhancement requests, operating and maintaining the central computer systems, maintaining the hardware and supply inventories, and providing the physical security of current and archived district databases.
